Glossary:

  Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
This new enhanced security feature uses more than one process of validation to verify the authenticity of your identity when you sign in to access your credit union accounts online.

  Identity Theft
When someone uses your personal information to commit fraud or other crimes without your permission.

  Member Number
The number you receive when first opening your account with your Credit Union.

  Security Code
The case sensitive letters, numbers and characters you copy to help prevent someone from entering your information in an attempt to access your account.

  PIN
The original password that you’ve been using with the previous CU@Home site.

  Security Question
A question and answer that you pick to help the Credit Union confirm that the correct member is signing onto the account.

  Security Image
The characters you pick to help you confirm that you are signing onto a secure site. If the security image is something you did not pick—do not log in and notify the Credit Union immediately.

  Login Nickname
The login Nickname can be used instead of your member number. This is optional.
