After clicking “CU@Home sign on”, Click on
“Click here to enroll for Multi-Factor Authentication”.

Next is the enrollment screen. Enter your member number, then enter your
PIN using your mouse on the keypad shown. Make sure and click on the specific character. Type the security code as it appears and click “submit”.
Here is the Security Question Screen. You can either choose the questions from the drop-down menu or fill in your own. Next, type in your answer, and click “submit”.
Once you have filled in all of the questions and answers, type in a Security Image. This can be a combination of
case sensitive letters, numbers and characters. You can also choose a Login Nickname (if this option is available to you.) Click “submit”
You are almost done! Once you’ve reached your account screen , click “Sign-off” to log out of your account:
Sign in again with your member number or nickname (if this option is available to you).
Type in the answer that you chose in Step 3 and click
"Submit"
Confirm that the Security Code is the Security Image
that you created in Step 4. Click in your PIN. Decide if
you should register or not register your computer, then
click "Submit".
Now you have successfully completed
new enhanced Security Features!
