Multi-Factor Authentication supports the following web browsers:
PC: lnternet Explorer 6.0, Mozilla Firefox 1.5, Netscape 7 or newer.
MAC: Safari 2.0, Mozilla Firefox 1.5 or newer.
Linux: Mozilla Firefox 1.5, Mozilla browser 1.7 or newer.
The following Windows PC requirements are: Windows 98, Windows Millennium, Windows 2000/Server, XP Home, XP Pro, Media Center and 2003 Server With the following web browsers: Internet Explorer 6.0 through 7.0, Netscape 7 or newer, Mozilla Firefox 1.5 this will be discontinued April 24th, 2007 and Mozilla Firefox 2.0, OS 10.2 or newer and Netscape 7.2 or newer.

OS 10.1 or newer and lnternet Explorer is not supported. We have had luck with the Icab browser for older versions of the Mac OS, but it is not supported. The following are links to download the supported web browsers:

We have also found that if your member updates their lnternet Explorer to 7.0 they must also download the most recentversion of Java. Please direct them to the following website to do so.
